We do not retain footage—the stream is encrypted between your device and the live studio. Account credentials are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher. We store your account balance, transaction history, and KYC (know-your-customer) verification status locally on your device for speed; this data is also encrypted on our servers. Your deposit and withdrawal activity is recorded for anti-money-laundering compliance and audit purposes.
